So, be conscious of the thoughts and feelings that you are planting in your subconscious mind. Use mental imagery, affirmations, and other techniques to plant the seeds of your desires. And, most importantly, feel as if those desires are already a reality.

 

Remember, feeling is the secret. It is the feeling that you put out into the universe that attracts back to you what you desire. So, if you want to manifest your desires, you must feel as if they are already a reality.
